Nox is a playwright and immersive electronic-dance-opera-maker whose works have been developed and staged in New York at The Public, Rattlestick, LaMama, Dixon Place, and The Tank, among others, and in Los Angeles, Krakow, Edinburgh, and Berlin. Nox is a playwright in residence at Cloud City in Brooklyn and the recipient of two Fulbright Scholarships to Poland, the Himan Brown Award, and a Tow Foundation International Research Fellowship. They are currently under commission by The Springer Opera House in Georgia and have taught at Brooklyn College and Jagiellonian University in Poland. Nox holds a BA from The New School and an MFA from Brooklyn College.

Nox served as a Co-Curator of CloudCity in Brooklyn and as Executive Director of Playmachine Performance Lab which developed and produced Randolph Curtis Rand and Chana Porter's acclaimed Phantasmagoria; or, Let us Seek Death! a co-production with La Mama ETC at the Ellen Stewart Theater; launched the radioplay and live music podcast, The Parsnip Ship, Seasons 1-3; has developed two productions for the Edinburgh Fringe; produced numerous subsequent shows in New York City and hosted multiple play festivals.
